Nous recherchons un(e) freelance expriment(e) en suivi de projet Print Management capable dintgrer rapidement notre quipe pour renforcer notre capacit en priode de forte charge ou lors des congs. Vous serez form(e) nos outils de gestion internes afin dassurer une parfaite intgration et une monte en charge efficace. Votre rle sera de coordonner lensemble des tapes des projets print de la rception du brief la livraison finale en garantissant qualit respect des dlais et matrise des cots.

Vos missions :

• Assurer le suivi oprationnel de projets print (dpliant feuillet boites stickers PLV de comptoir etc.)
• Grer la relation avec les clients et les prestataires
• Superviser le planning le budget les productions et les livraisons
• Participer loptimisation des cots et des process avec les fournisseurs
• Fournir un reporting rgulier sur lavancement des projets
• Travailler en franais et en anglais selon les interlocuteurs
• Sintgrer lquipe en renfort ponctuel tout en tant form(e) nos outils internes pour plus dautonomie

Profil recherch :

• Minimum 3 ans dexprience en gestion de projets print ou en print management
• Excellente connaissance technique de lunivers de limpression (formats papiers finitions techniques dimpression logistique etc.)
• Autonomie rigueur ractivit et bon relationnel
• Matrise du franais et de langlais (crit et oral) indispensable
• Disponibilit ponctuelle selon les pics dactivit ou absences dans lquipe

Job Opportunity: Print Project Manager (Bilingual FR/EN) Freelance

Contract Type: Freelance

Duration: Variable (ad hoc or recurring support based on needs)
Location: Remote with occasional in-person meetings

We are looking for an experienced freelance Print Project Manager to support our team during peak periods or employee absences. You will be trained on our internal tools to ensure a smooth onboarding and efficient project ramp-up. Your role will be to oversee all stages of print projectsfrom brief to final deliverywhile ensuring quality timeliness and cost control.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day execution of print projects (flyers leaflets packaging stickers POS displays etc.)
• Coordinate with clients and suppliers
• Oversee timelines budgets production and delivery
• Support cost and process optimization with suppliers
• Provide regular project updates and reporting
• Work in both French and English depending on the stakeholders
• Integrate seamlessly into the team with autonomy thanks to tool training

Your profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in print project management or print production
• Strong technical knowledge of printing (formats paper finishes printing methods logistics etc.)
• Autonomous detail-oriented responsive with strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
• Available on an ad hoc basis depending on workload peaks or team absences
