Were looking for a Recruiter to join our team at Wide and Wise!
This isnt a junior role and definitely not a one-size-fits-all position.
If you have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably agency or consulting side) speak English and one more language fluently (German or Spanish might be an ideal fit) and want to be part of a globally-minded fully remote team this might be for you.
Not someone to just source candidates.
Were talking about a teammate who:
Can run full-cycle hiring projects with confidence
Knows how to manage clients and challenge briefs when needed
Communicates clearly in English and at least one other language
Has worked with fast-growing startups or global companies
Is proactive curious and accountable wherever theyre based.
