- Technical Writing & Content Development:

Simplify Complexity: Translate complex technical concepts into clear accessible language tailored for sales and marketing teams.

Playbook Mastery: Develop comprehensive technical playbooks and define product best practices that empower users.

- Collaboration & Technical Expertise:

Technical Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly as a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) across diverse marketing assets including messaging positioning presentations SEO paid search blogs articles and webinars.

Insightful Support: Provide valuable technical insights and competitive intelligence to bolster sales and marketing initiatives.

- Competitive Intelligence Analysis:

Thorough Competitor Analysis: Conduct meticulous analysis of competitors offerings delivering detailed reports that uncover strengths and weaknesses.

Must-have Requirements:

Demonstrate outstanding English language capabilities with a verified proficiency at C2 level or native fluency. Exceptional skills in writing editing and spoken communication are non-negotiable for this position.

3 years of experience in content writing

2 years experience as a Technical Solutions Engineer Product Marketer or Technical Account Manager in the IT management space OR 2 years experience as an MSP IT Technician Systems Administrator or IT Manager

Extensive hands-on experience and in-depth understanding of a wide range of IT processes technologies and best practices with a focus on enterprise IT operational software products such as Remote Monitoring Management (RMM) End Point (EP) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) technologies

Expertise in research technical writing storytelling and copyediting.

Demonstrated ability to translate technical details into clear concise and persuasive content that resonates with diverse stakeholders

Ability to build and maintain VM demo environments

Nice-to-have requirements:
