The successful and CVOR experienced candidate may be eligible for a $50000 sign-on bonus to be paid out over a period of 24 months. HighlightsThree times Recognized as Magnet Status Hospitals (Christiana & Wilmington)Growth Opportunities defined by our Clinical pay with shift differentials and generous paid time Benefits PackageWe are currently recruiting for a full-time experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Operating Room on the Open Heart Team at Christiana Hospital in Newark selected RN will be an upbeat Operating Room Registered Nurse with Open Heart experience who wants to be a part of a growing operating room team passionate about providing excellent clinical outcomes through caring service to our patients and their position shift is predominately a Day shift and Monday-Friday but will require flexibility to work the Mid shifts and take Open Heart Call as :BSN preferredCommitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant RN licensure required3 years or more Operating Room experience requiredCardiac Open-Heart experience is required.
