Food Science Regulatory Manager - Michigan / Onsite

Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Food Science Regulatory Manager to lead regulatory compliance across product labeling packaging and documentation. This role ensures adherence to FDA USDA CFIA and international food regulations while partnering cross-functionally to support quality assurance audits and product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with food labeling ingredients and packaging regulations
- Maintain knowledge of FDA USDA and international standards
- Manage regulatory documentation and allergen labeling programs
- Provide regulatory guidance on product formulation and claims
- Support internal audits and external inspections
- Educate teams on food safety and labeling requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Food Science or related field (advanced certifications preferred)
- 5 years in food regulatory affairs
- Strong knowledge of FDA USDA and CFIA regulations
- Proficient in regulatory databases (e.g. Genesis) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills
