*ASAP Start Date* Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Specialty Cardiology. Rooming Medication Reconciliation EPIC experience able to take feedback demonstrates flexibility. Primary address: SCHI at Brighton Clinton Woods 2365 S. Clinton Ave Suite 100 Rochester NY 14618 Float to the following locations as needed: 1. Medical Office Building: 1415 Portland Ave Suite 350 Rochester NY 14621 2. Linden Oaks: 30 Hagen Drive Suite 100 Rochester NY 14618 3. Greece Canal Landing 101 Canal Landing Blvd suite 8 Rochester NY 14626 Facility can call off up to 3 shifts for 13-week contract and 2 shifts less than 13-week contract. Floating is expected.
