Tasks
- Interact with users to assess their needs and propose solutions aligned with Salesforce standards.
- Ensure seamless interaction between different Salesforce environments and external systems.
- Monitor and enhance the performance of the Salesforce applications.
- Translate complex requirements into efficient application code applying best practices.
- Conduct software testing and resolve any bugs.
- Maintain and update documentation for processes and applications.
Requirements
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with users.
- Experience in monitoring application performance.
- Proficiency in application coding and debugging.
- Commitment to ongoing documentation development.
- Experience with Sales and/or Service Cloud
