The Role
Were looking for a curious hands-on AI Engineering Intern to join our technical crew. Youll help prototype the next wave of multimodal reasoning-capable AI agents that proactively train us.
Your work will span backend infra model experimentation and frontend interfacesco-designed with sustainability and education experts. This is not a cog-in-the-machine internship. Its a chance to shape meaningful bleeding-edge tools that people will actually use.
Tasks
What Youll Do
- Run applied research on multimodal LLMs (e.g. GPT-4V Gemini LLaVA InternVL etc.)
- Build RAG pipelines to ground our AI Trainers in real-world domain-specific knowledge
- Prototype full-stack features (FastAPI Django ) to bring trainers to life Integrate visual reasoning and outputscharts diagrams layouts that think Co-create educational scaffolds and prompts with our domain experts
- Contribute to solid engineering practicesversion control testing CI/CD Docker
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Solid grasp of transformers vision-language models and PyTorch/Hugging Face tools
- Experience with backend APIs and frontend prototyping (React/)
- Ability to work independently iterate fast and handle ambiguity with creativity
- A spark: genuine interest in sustainability education or AI for good
Bonus Points For
- Experience building with LangChain LlamaIndex or CrewAI
- Knowledge of evaluation for multimodal reasoning and human-AI interaction
- Comfort with cloud deployment GPU inference and Docker workflows
- Interest in AI literature research experimentation & publication
