Description
The Training and amp; Change Management Lead will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of HR software within the government sector. This position requires an experienced professional with a strong background in change management strategies and training development. The lead will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs ensuring that all stakeholders understand and adapt to the new software. Collaboration with multiple departments will be crucial to facilitate smooth transitions and resolve any issues arising during implementation.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to various user groups within the organization.
- Manage change initiatives related to the HR software deployment to enhance user acceptance.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and adjust programs as necessary.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to integrate training materials with the new software features.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users post-implementation to address challenges and feedback.
- Monitor training effectiveness and user adaptation making improvements to training processes as needed.
- Create and maintain documentation related to training protocols and change management strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any field preferably in commerce .
- 5-7 years of experience in training and change management preferably within the government sector.
- Proven expertise in project management and implementing HR software solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with varied stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- PROSCI Certification is an asset
