Description
The Data Management Analyst for the Care-First Program will play a pivotal role in supporting healthcare initiatives by analyzing managing and interpreting data related to health insurance within public sector frameworks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the optimization of public health data systems and enhance the effectiveness of health service delivery. The ideal candidate will utilize their analytical skills to derive insights from complex data sets and facilitate informed decision-making within the organization. This is a contract position with a robust scope of responsibilities focusing on data management and oversight in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data related to health insurance programs ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Utilize Excel and Power BI for data visualization and reporting purposes.
- Manage public data systems to ensure efficient data collection and retrieval.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess data requirements and facilitate best practices in data management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support program objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards related to public health data reporting.
- Develop and maintain documentation of data processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- . or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management or analysis preferably in a healthcare or public sector setting.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI including Power BI for Office 365.
- Understanding of health insurance concepts and public data systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
