Job Description

Midwest multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Transportation Bridge Engineer to their Orlando team!



Responsibilities:
  • Assist Transportation Bridge Department with structural design
  • Design responsibilities for a variety of projects including Bridge Retaining Wall Roadway Drainage Underground Utility and Infrastructure Improvement projects
  • Assist with business development including proposal/project approach writing
  • Perform civil engineering services for municipal county/state clients
  • Prepare engineering plans/specifications using State DOT Standards
  • Process Federal Aid Phase I and II projects for a variety of clients
  • Assist project engineers/managers as needed


Requirements:

  • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering
  • 5 years of relevant job experience working on municipal/highway agency transportation projects
  • PE License
  • Ability to travel throughout service area with own transportation


Salary is commensurate with experience.
