Job Summary
The Video Editor/Motion Graphics Developer (Staff Analyst level) is responsible for producing high-quality video and motion graphic content to support digital learning and corporate communication goals. The role blends creativity with technical expertise to craft engaging brand-aligned multimedia assets. This individual plays a key role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative timely and compliant visual learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging video content and motion graphics for training internal communications and digital learning.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to align visuals with learning goals.
- Edit animate and optimize videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects and Camtasia.
- Ensure all content meets technical brand and accessibility standards.
- Manage multiple projects meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
- Maintain organized media libraries and version control across projects.
- Stay current on design trends animation techniques and new tools to continuously improve creative output.
- Support team development by sharing best practices and mentoring junior creatives as needed.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator)
- Working knowledge of motion graphics software (Cinema 4D Blender etc)
- Familiarity with AI video tools (e.g. Synthesia Vyond) SCORM compliance and LMS deployment
- Knowledge of video accessibility standards (e.g. closed captioning audio descriptions).
