Job Description
- Conduct thorough functional testing of our web portals () mobile apps (Flutter) and backend API ()
- Design develop and maintain test plans test cases and test scripts
- Perform manual testing and potentially develop automated tests using appropriate tools and frameworks
- Identify document and track bugs and issues using Azure DevOps platform
- Collaborate closely with developers product managers and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Conduct performance load and security testing of our applications and API
- Stay updated with the latest QA methodologies and tools
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
- 3 years of experience in software quality assurance preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience with web and mobile application testing
- Familiarity with API testing and tools like Postman
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps platform is essential
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Azure )
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with cloud platforms particularly Azure
- Understanding of Kubernetes and containerized environments
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- ISTQB certification or equivalent (Optional)

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure effectively.
- Collaborative mindset with a team-oriented approach.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical users.
