Job Description
- Drive the data science strategy across the organization aligning advanced analytics initiatives with business and policy objectives.
- Lead and mentor senior data scientists and technical teams in designing building and operationalizing machine learning models and AI solutions.
- Architect and oversee complex data pipelines AI platforms and production-ready ML systems using modern tools and frameworks.
- Champion the adoption and governance of responsible AI ensuring compliance with ethical legal and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with executives business leaders and IT teams to prioritize data initiatives and influence decision-making at the highest levels.
- Identify opportunities for Generative AI LLM integration and advanced analytics to drive innovation across domains.
- Guide the use of statistical modeling predictive analytics NLP and big data tools to solve high-value business and operational challenges.
- Communicate complex analytical results and technical concepts clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
- Stay ahead of the curve on AI trends emerging technologies and scientific advancements and advise on their relevance and application.
Requirements
- Master s or Ph.D. in Computer Science Machine Learning Statistics Applied Mathematics or related field.
- 10 years of experience in data science including 5 years in a senior or executive role leading enterprise-scale data/AI projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in machine learning deep learning NLP Generative AI and LLMs (e.g. GPT Claude Gemini).
- Advanced programming skills in Python with experience in production ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch TensorFlow HuggingFace).
- Proficiency in data engineering tools and large-scale processing (e.g. Spark Databricks Azure Data Lake).
- Solid understanding of MLOps CI/CD for ML model monitoring and lifecycle management.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as Azure ML AWS SageMaker or Google Vertex AI.
- Proven ability to influence high-level decisions through compelling data storytelling and evidence-based insights.
- Exceptional leadership stakeholder engagement and organizational skills.
