Job Description
The Java Software Engineer will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining backend applications using Java and Spring Boot 3 Framwork. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements. This role offers opportunities to grow into a senior developer position depending on experience and performance.

- Develop test and maintain robust and scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot 3.
- Collaborate with front-end developers designers project managers and other backend developers to implement features and enhancements.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle including requirements analysis design coding testing deployment and maintenance.
- Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure application performance and reliability.
- Optimize applications for performance scalability and security.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce adherence to clean code practices and architectural standards.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve development processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Java Developer or similar role.
- Strong command of Java and Spring Boot 3 framework
- Experience with databases such as MySQL PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Familiarity with version control systems especially Git.
- Understanding of backend security performance tuning and coding best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or GCP.
Work Environment:
- Collaborative office setting with the possibility of remote or hybrid arrangements.
- The position may require occasional on-call or after-hours work to address urgent issues.
