Job Description
Footwear Production Incharge is responsible for managing and overseeing the production process of footwear ensuring quality meeting production targets and managing manpower. They supervise daily activities coordinate with other departments and maintain records of production.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning and Execution:
Plan and execute production schedules ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production targets.
Quality Control:
Maintain quality standards monitor and reduce rejections and ensure adherence to production specifications.
Manpower Management:
Supervise and train production staff manage manpower allocation and ensure a safe working environment.
Inventory Management:
Manage inventory of materials components and finished goods ensuring timely availability and efficient utilization.
Cost Optimization:
Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
Record Keeping:
Maintain production records and reports track daily production output and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Safety and Security:
Oversee safety and security regulations ensuring compliance with industry standards and maintaining a safe working environment.
Coordination:
Coordinate with other departments such as cutting closing lasting finishing and packaging to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.
Material Management:
Manage the allocation and usage of materials based on production requirements.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve production issues troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth production flow.
