Requirements


We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to build and optimize full-funnel demand strategies for both our SaaS solutions and staffing services. This is a results-driven role ideal for a performance marketer who thrives in fast-paced growth-oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the development execution and optimization of B2B demand generation programs to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.

  • Run multi-channel campaigns across paid search social email ABM and webinars.

  • Create and manage nurture flows and marketing automation strategies to move prospects through the funnel.

  • Work closely with Sales SDRs and Talent Sales to align lead scoring MQL definitions and handoff processes.

  • Analyze campaign performance conversion rates and ROI using tools like Salesforce or Zoho.

  • Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to ensure messaging consistency and funnel alignment.

  • Experiment with growth loops retargeting and conversion rate optimization strategies.

  • Segment audiences to target different buyer personas in SaaS (CTOs Product Heads) vs Staffing (HRs Hiring Managers).

Requirements:

  • 5 8 years of experience in B2B demand generation with proven success in SaaS staffing or IT services.

  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot Zoho Campaigns LinkedIn Ads Google Ads and analytics platforms.

  • Deep understanding of buyer journeys intent data and lead nurturing strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills and a test-learn-optimize mindset.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales marketing and data teams.

  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS metrics (CAC MQL SQL CLTV) and funnel management.

  • Oversee content marketing efforts including blogs whitepapers case studies and thought leadership assets.

  • Manage and grow the company s presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn Twitter Instagram etc.).

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO SEM display and paid media.

  • Oversee website performance CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and ensure content and UI/UX alignment with lead gen goals.

  • Track analyze and report on marketing performance metrics (traffic MQLs conversion rates) and deliver actionable insights.

Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics (traffic, MQLs, conversion rates) and deliver actionable insights. Proven ability to develop content strategies that drive engagement and generate qualified leads. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of published B2B content. Strong understanding of SEO, inbound marketing, and digital content best practices. Experience managing editorial calendars, content workflows, and cross-functional projects. Comfortable working with tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, and collaboration tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to distill complex technical topics into clear, accessible, and persuasive content.
