Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule
Monday Friday 9 a.m. 6 p.m. EST
Core Duties
Produce and revise 2020 Design drawings and high-resolution renderings
Generate itemised proposals and pricing sheets from established templates
Draft contract agreements ready for e-signature
Maintain version-controlled file structures and update status in the CRM
Flag scope changes or spec conflicts to sales before they hit the client
Requirements
- 2 years professional experience with 2020 Design (cabinetry kitchen or bath focus)
- Portfolio demonstrating advanced rendering and layout accuracy
- Track record of meeting tight multi-project deadlines with minimal rework
- Strong written English; able to craft clear persuasive proposal language
- Comfortable working 100 % remotely with reliable hardware high-speed internet and backup power
- Bonus points for: AutoCAD or SketchUp proficiency experience supporting a high-velocity sales team or familiarity with DocuSign and CRM/ERP platforms
