Summary
A well-established North Carolina law firm is seeking a Family Law Attorney to join its growing team in Asheville NC. Youll manage a caseload of complex family law matters represent clients in court and provide compassionate strategic legal counsel. This is a client-first firm with a strong team culture and an excellent reputation in family law.
What You’ll Do
- Represent clients in family law matters including divorce custody support and equitable distribution
- Appear in court and advocate effectively during litigation
- Build strong trusting relationships with clients
- Draft legal pleadings reports and settlement agreements
- Negotiate on behalf of clients and prepare for trial when necessary
Experience You’ll Need
- Active license to practice law in North Carolina
- At least 1 year of experience practicing family law
- Strong courtroom and litigation background
- Excellent communication organization and client relationship skills
