Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays flexible between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Los Angeles CA USA
- 20 hours per week: 4 hours per days 5 days a week
Client Overview:
Our client is a premier design studio specializing in high-end modern residential and hospitality projects. They are passionate about creating sophisticated functional and beautifully detailed spaces.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Interior Architect who is fluent in CAD and Revit to support our clients growing portfolio of luxury residential and hospitality projects. This role requires a high level of technical expertise in preparing detailed interior drawings and construction documentation with a strong focus on modern design aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce furniture plans lighting plans and detailed elevations of residential interiors in 2D (CAD) and 3D (Revit).
- Prepare construction documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with our design team to translate design concepts into precise technical drawings.
- Work within set deadlines to ensure timely delivery of drawing packages.
- Attend virtual meetings and coordinate in real-time during U.S. Eastern Time hours.
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is a must.
- Significant experience in drafting for residential (ideally modern homes) and hospitality projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior detailing including millwork furniture layouts lighting and finishes.
- Ability to create comprehensive construction documentation sets.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able to provide a sample portfolio
- Must be fluent in furniture plans and have serious experience in interior elevations bars kitchens closets bathrooms paneling light fixturers sconces and more
Preferred:
- Interior Design or Architectural degree.
- Knowledge of U.S. building codes and standards.

Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an Independent Contractor arrangement the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
