Next Comms Talk is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Event Coordinator to join our team in Dallas TX. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning organizing and executing events that align with our clients branding and communication goals. This role requires strong organizational skills creative thinking and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate events from start to finish according to requirements target audience and objectives
Coordinate logistics including venue booking vendor management catering equipment and materials
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution
Manage budgets timelines and detailed project plans
Oversee event setup on-site support and post-event breakdown
Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports
Troubleshoot issues and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Communications Marketing or related field
13 years of experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle last-minute changes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with event software is a plus
Availability to work flexible hours based on event schedules
