Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person with professionalism and efficiency
Resolve client issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM systems
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
Assist with order processing follow-ups and delivery status updates
Provide feedback to improve overall customer experience and support processes
Prepare reports and summaries of customer interactions when required
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred
Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with MS Office Suite and customer service software tools
