The initiative focuses on implementing and maturing Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering activities aligned with ISO standards. This project aims to enhance security measures across the global online fraud platform ensuring a secure reliable and trustworthy customer experience across all brands.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the implementation of IAM engineering activities compliant with ISO standards.
Develop and maintain agile project plans roadmaps and schedules in alignment with PI planning cycles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure smooth project delivery.
Define monitor and report on KPIs to measure project success and risk mitigation.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement manage expectations and communicate project status clearly.
Ensure documentation is created and maintained including requirements implementation plans and changes related to IAM and IGA environments.
Identify and address project risks and challenges with creative problem-solving approaches.
Qualifications :
Several years of proven experience managing cross-team and cross-organization projects preferably in cyber security or online business environments.
Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively across business units.
Experience in managing IAM and IGA delivery projects with understanding of the online customer journey (web and app).
Proficient in agile project management frameworks including experience with agile ceremonies and PI planning.
Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation and project plans.
Security mindset with knowledge of security concepts related to IAM and IGA.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Analytical and critical thinking skills with a track record of applying creative solutions to ongoing challenges.
