We are looking for a Head of UX to lead the strategic vision execution and growth of user experience across Wix Payments. This senior leadership role demands a proactive visionary leader who an seamlessly connect user needs with business goals and ensure that UX is a core driver of company innovation and success. Youll drive critical initiatives lead a talented UX team and push the boundaries of fintech experiences through cutting-edge UX and AI innovation. In your day-to-day you will:
- Act as the strategic voice of UX at the leadership table ensuring user-centered thinking shapes company priorities and initiatives
- Define and drive the UX strategy for Wix Payments embedding UX deeply into business and product decision-making
- Lead a high-performing UX team fostering a strong design culture of excellence ownership and continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product engineering and leadership teams to align UX initiatives with broader business objectives
- Own and influence major product initiativesfrom shaping seamless onboarding flows to creating next-generation AI-powered UX experiences
- Push innovation in fintech UX setting new industry standards for usability trust and accessibility
- Shape roadmaps prioritize UX efforts and ensure that UX not only supports but drives key product and business initiatives
- Create and execute a structured team growth plan mentoring designers and cultivating a unified world-class UX voice
Qualifications :
- Experience in UX or product design roles with at least 5 years in a UX leadership position
- Proven experience influencing senior executives and integrating UX into business and product strategies
- A strategic thinker who balances user needs with business goals connecting UX impact to company success
- Strong execution and ownership mindset - you shape roadmaps influence priorities and push initiatives forward
- Deep expertise in human-centered design principles research methodologies and UX best practices
