Your role as Distribution Centre Manager
- Responsible for the adoption of cultural transformation of operational excellence with established continuous improvement/lean methodologies focusing on removal of loss while delivering on all aspects of Safety Service Cost Environmental
- Deliver the required change to the distribution culture with a priority on safety and improvement at all levels of the operation
- Accountable for exceeding on time and in full target
- Lead the improvement of employee engagement across the site operation
- Accountable for the site P&L & budget ensuring that risks are fully mitigated and opportunities are realised
- Work with all stakeholders to ensure they remain connected to and confident in the service provision
- Responsible for ensuring statutory compliance and governance including but not limited to O licence is always upheld.

- Experienced in operational excellence/lean methodologies.
- Project Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong experience in a management role within logistics supply chain or operations environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage motivate and develop a diverse team with a strong focus on achieving results & engagement.
- Solid understanding of budgeting financial management and cost control.
