About This Role
We believe people should love what they do in this role you will be responsible for providing program support and work closely with Program Managers and Sr. Program Managers. This position can be a feeder into the Program Manager career track or other areas such as Finance Contracts Business Development etc.
- Develop and maintain program schedules with guidance from the Principal/Manager Program Planning & Scheduling.
- Serve as a cross-departmental and cross-organizational conduit for information job tasks and material flow.
- Develop update and maintain schedule performance metrics related processes and management tools within the business units including but not limited to critical path analysis and schedule risk assessment.
- Support program managers with coordinating activities of various internal departments to ensure project goals for cost schedule and scope are maintained.
- Perform Control Account Manager duties on schedule and cost performance forecasts and risks.
- Identifies negotiates and resolves conflicts between the stakeholders during execution of the program including Procurement Integrated Supply Chain and the Customer.
- Participates in and supports preparation of customer and internal reviews and prepares CAMs for schedule surveillance/audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a business engineering or any related field
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Ability to gather analyze and summarize data to develop appropriate actions
- Strong negotiating and interpersonal relations skills
- Self-confidence and initiative
