Production Associate 1st Shift

Base pay rate starts at $18.00 per hour

Shift - 1st shift: Four-Day work week Monday-Thursday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Production Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of the component parts for the final assembly of windows. Successful candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced physically demanding and repetitive work environment which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands. This job description is reflective of tasks that will be performed in a variety of departments.

Responsibilities:

• Set up operate or tend running machines
• Operate saws punches drills or drill press machines
• Set & glaze glass units in frames/sashes
• Assemble various parts and pieces to complete quality finished windows & or patio doors
• Applying labels cleaning finished product & checking for proper operation

Qualifications :

• You may be required to operate various hand tools such as chisel snips drill mallet or tape measure
• Read work orders and production schedules to determine product or job instructions and specifications
• Transfer components plastic products and assemblies using moving equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Must be Adaptable Reliable Detail oriented Energetic & Safety minded
• Must be able to work on your feet all day in a fast-paced production environment
• Must be able to speak and read English for safety and training purposes
• Must be at least 18 years old

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $18.00 per hour medical dental vision benefits starting day 1 401k and PTO. Our pay ranges are determined by role level and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
