Job Description
Chef Manager Opportunity on the Menu
Our Summerset Team is looking for an Experienced Chef Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional quality food and Service to our customers while leading and developing our kitchen team.
The hours of work would be Tuesday Friday 9am 5.30pm
About the role
This role is diverse and exciting with a set number of meals to prepare daily as well as regular onsite Functions we also have a Caf where you can showcase your creativity. The ideal applicant will be experienced working with people from all walks of life and have a high emphasis on developing positive productive relationships with Customers Staff and Suppliers. You will have detailed knowledge of Food Control Plans and Food Safety Standards. Ideally you will have strong commercial acumen with proven ability to manage food budgets and rosters.
