Job Description
Responsibilities include the following:
- Proper bird placements
- Implementing and controlling field compliance with grow out disease prevention and quality programs.
- Coordinating with and informing technical personnel administrative service and other managers of any information that could affect their decisions or influence bird performance.
- Maintain good inter-company community and employer/employee relations.
- Assist in the development and submission of proposals budgets and projections
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Science degree in Animal science Ag-business or related field preferred.
- Must have a minimum 3-5 years of production supervisory experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented. Must have the ability to multi-task and change direction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Must have knowledge of basic accounting principles and solid knowledge of PC -Excel and Word.
- Must be highly self-motivated assertive objective resourceful and work independently with little supervision.
- Must have strong problem solving skills sound judgment and critical thinking ability.
- Must have a strong mathematical and mechanical aptitude.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to follow and enforce all company guidelines and policies.
