Job Description
Are you ready to make an impact in the world of Film & TV Join NBCUniversal as a Business Solutions Manager and be part of our dynamic Studios Technical Solutions team!
As a Business Solutions Manager youll play a pivotal role in driving analytics initiatives for our Film business supporting areas like Global Data Strategy Film Strategy & Development Marketing Theatrical Distribution and Finance. Youll manage technical program delivery collaborate with stakeholders and partner with technical operations and engineering teams to advance our data and analytics strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with Film business users to drive requirements analyze data and implement technical solutions.
- Manage technology requests for supported business groups across Film.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technology partners for roadmap planning and product feature prioritization.
- Partner across Enterprise Teams to implement technical solutions for our Film business.
- Manage and support analytics projects across various business areas.
- Oversee budgets project finances scope estimates and stakeholder communication.
- Serve as the escalation point for operational activities across solutions utilized by the business.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of experience in project or program management.
- 6 years of experience developing technology solutions to address business needs.
- 6 years of experience in application production support and change management processes.
- 5 years of experience working with data and analytics tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of technology including system architecture infrastructure integration software development processes and security technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to create innovative solutions.
- Must be willing to work hybrid in Universal City CA.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Global Media & Entertainment industry.
- Experience with data platforms and technologies such as BigQuery Snowflake AWS S3 Python & SQL.
- Understanding of the digital landscape and drivers influencing consumer behaviors.
- Experience in television network television studio and streaming.
- Experience managing large BI and data analytics projects.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker Data Studio Tableau Power BI.
- Experience with ML and Data Science tools.
Additional Requirements:
- Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits including medical dental and vision insurance 401(k) paid leave tuition reimbursement and a variety of other discounts and perks.
