Job Description
- You will focus on serving investor clients with the majority of work in private equity due diligence
- Working on projects in a team setup to conduct market research and analysis to create industry outlooks and market insights
- Conducting specialized financial analysis on potential acquisitions
- Conducting interviews with clients
- Preparing and delivering verbal and written communication of your working result
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience at private equity or consulting firms/research firms with exposure to private equity/due diligence process or other aspects of financial markets is a great advantage
- Bachelors degree from a top-tier university with consistent outstanding academic record MBA or finance-related postgraduate degree is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to structure a problem identify root causes and recommend data-driven solutions
- Solid analytical skills and modeling skills good written and verbal communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity and creativity
- Passion for a challenging and rewarding consulting career
- Ability to be a team player
- Fluency in both Chinese and English
