Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part Time Community Care Assistant to join our team in Southampton. As a Community Care Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to lead independent and dignified lives in the comfort of their own homes.
- Provide personalized care and assistance with daily activities such as bathing dressing and grooming
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients engaging in friendly conversations and shared activities
- Assist with light household tasks including cleaning and laundry to maintain a pleasant living environment
- Prepare nutritious meals according to clients preferences and dietary requirements
- Help clients with mobility and physical exercises to promote their overall well-being
- Support medication management by ensuring clients adhere to prescribed regimens
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care activities and any changes in clients conditions
- Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure continuity of care
- Respond promptly and appropriately to clients needs and emergencies
