What will you do
Under general direction assists Infrastructure Specialist II (IS2) at assigned Developmental Centers (DC) and/or offices image computing services salvage and general IT work. Assist with troubleshooting networking issues; take direction from IS2 pertaining to IT coverage at the facility and assist with DC requests through ServiceNow tickets.
Attends meetings & take notes when needed; performs other duties as assigned within scope of the internship.

- Rate of pay is based upon students academic status
- This position is year round (this position is NOT limited to a semester)
- Unusual Working Conditions: Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Required Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree program: Information Technology.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Experience with collecting & analyzing data is a plus
