Key tasks will include:
- Lead and oversee the project management function within the Data Office ensuring effective planning execution and monitoring of data-driven projects and initiatives.
- Act as the key connection between stakeholders the Central Data Office and the development team collecting and prioritizing business needs to translate them into comprehensive project plans.
- Manage and supervise other project managers within the Data Office providing guidance support and ensuring alignment with KPMGs strategic goals.
- Report and communicate overall program/project progress to a diverse set of stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- 7 years of experience as a program manager (lead) project manager or Lead PMO.
- Strong stakeholder management skills ensuring effective engagement with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining integrated project/program plans addressing timelines resources risks and dependencies.
- Deep knowledge of data analytics and technical product development processes.
- Excellent communication skills to convey product vision progress and priorities to cross-functional teams.
- Effective leadership coaching and support to ensure successful project delivery by project managers.
Additional Information :
- Gross salary between 4.825- and 7.935- month depending on your work experience annual performance bonus mobility allowance a fixed expense allowance and a working from home allowance of 2.40 per working day.
