You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe have an exciting opportunity for a Regional financial Controller Europe to join our Finance team reporting to the Finance Director Financial Control. As a Regional Financial controller you will focus on building a lean efficient European finance organisation grounded in strong controls compliance and streamlined processes. The successful candidate will proactively manage and develop the finance team ensuring the recruitment and retention of key talent. They will hold ultimate accountability for all ledgers controls compliance payroll and financial processes within the Financial Control Environment working closely with operational accounting in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities also include standardising internal control processes managing the regions balance sheet and cash flow and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Additionally the role involves overseeing internal and external audits providing oversight of the finance function for the Canadian entity managing HQ accounting alongside smaller legacy entities and serving as a key member of the global controlling finance group with statutory director duties as required. Other ad hoc duties will be assigned as needed.
This role is based from any of our sites within Europe working Monday to Friday normal office hours. (hybrid working)
