The Business Improvement Manager (Project Controls Manager) serves as a vital resource for lean expertise within a leading global energy company. This position focuses on enhancing business practices processes and operations to boost productivity and service delivery while optimizing costs. The individual will lead cross-functional teams through the implementation of Lean and other business improvement initiatives ensuring continuous improvement across various sites including corporate offices and refineries.
