General Manager StretchLab Dublin OH
Compensation: $45000-$60000 per year Commission Bonus

What Youll Do
Sales & Revenue Leadership (70%)

Own and execute a high-performance membership sales strategy that exceeds monthly acquisition goals.

Engage in proactive lead generation through 50 calls per day in-studio walk-ins community outreach and digital marketing.

Deliver confident consultative sales presentations and convert trial clients into long-term members.

Plan and execute local grassroots marketing campaigns and lead-generation events.
Studio Operations & Team Leadership (30%)

Oversee day-to-day studio operations to ensure a seamless and premium client experience.

Lead train and support a team of Flexologists and Sales Associates.

Recruit and onboard new hires who align with our studio values and growth goals.

Maintain high standards by operating in alignment with both franchisor and franchisee expectations.
Who You Are

A proven sales expert with 2 years in fitness wellness or membership-based environments.

Comfortable with high-volume outreach and closing deals consistently.

A self-motivated leader who thrives on achieving revenue goals and building strong teams.

Skilled in delivering exceptional customer service and managing dynamic teams.
