About the Job:
Red Hats North America Field Marketing team is seeking an enthusiastic B2B program marketer with experience developing and implementing successful integrated marketing programs. The Services Program Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy and execution of demand creation programs to amplify market awareness and drive pipeline for all Services offerings (including Consulting Technical Account Management and Training Certification). You will work closely with the North America program managers revenue field marketing team digital marketing global services marketing team and stakeholders.

What you will do:
Building a cohesive strategic plan to amplify market awareness and drive demand for Red Hat Services. Executing always-on multi-touch demand generation campaigns.
Ensuring proper linkage of leads and opportunities to programs for accurate closed-loop reporting. Continuously track success of marketing campaigns to define effectiveness and needed improvements.
Communicating marketing plans program details and performance metrics regularly to stakeholders.
Collaborating cross-functionally with global services marketing digital demand events and field marketing teams to communicate plans and drive projects to completion.
Managing the development of various program deliverables including in-person and virtual events emails direct mail print and/or digital adsand promotion of customer-facing content.
Leveraging a creative mindset to maximize impact within a defined regional program budget will be crucial. This involves identifying innovative low-cost marketing tactics such as leveraging social media for organic reach developing engaging content for owned channels fostering relationships with key influencers or advocates and exploring co-marketing opportunities to extend reach without significant direct spending.
What you will bring:
Experience: Typically 5 years of experience in marketing particularly in program marketing services marketing or a related field within the software/technology industry. Proven experience in launching always-on multi-touch demand generation campaigns.
Education: A Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
Marketing Acumen: Proven experience in developing marketing plans marketing strategy and targeted messaging. Ability to translate product and technical information into compelling narratives. Strong writing skills and an interest in creating diverse marketing content. Familiarity with digital marketing.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential for creating content and collaborating with diverse teams. Must be a highly professional team player with solid communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a results-oriented fast-paced team environment often in a matrix organization and guide projects involving various internal groups and multiple levels of management. Ability to work effectively and drive consensus among geographically distributed cross-functional teams.
Project Management: Solid project management planning and organizational abilities.
Analytical Skills: A history of metrics-driven marketing to measure effectiveness and impact on revenue.
Technical Aptitude (Preferred): Understanding of enterprise open-source software solutions and the services that support them. Knowledge of open source enterprise software cloud virtualization services marketing and/or subscription-based sales models is a plus.
Software Proficiency (Plus): Familiar with or similar Customer Relationship Management system and Marketo or similar Marketing Automation System is a plus.
Personal Attributes: Positive attitude initiative and strong work ethic organization creativity and problem-solving skills are essential.
Travel: Up to 20% travel required
Raleigh NC Location preferred.
The salary range for this position is $97300.00 - $155670.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location experience applicable skills and training external market value and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hats compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus commission and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
