Job Title: Certified Pilates Instructor (Part-Time)

The Opportunity
Were looking for a Certified Pilates Instructor to join our team part-time (with potential to grow into a full-time role). Whether youre an experienced teacher or newly certified and eager to inspire this is your chance to grow with a supportive client-centered studio that values connection and excellence.
What Youll Do
- Lead safe engaging and personalized Pilates sessions including private semi-private and group classes
- Create meaningful connections with clients offering tailored modifications and progressions
- Collaborate with our team to maintain an exceptional studio culture and consistent instruction quality
- Stay informed and inspired through ongoing education in Pilates anatomy and movement trends
- Help foster a positive inclusive and empowering environment
Who You Are
- Certified in Pilates (Equipment) through a reputable training program
- Passionate about health wellness and helping others thrive
- A strong communicator with excellent cueing and client relationship skills
- Skilled at adapting sessions to meet a variety of abilities and experience levels
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience teaching dynamic group reformer classes
Bonus Points For
- Experience in a boutique studio or wellness-focused setting
- Background in physical therapy dance or movement science
- Additional certifications such as Pre/Postnatal Barre TRX Yoga or Specialist programs
