We re seeking a proactive Sales Operations Specialist to support our global sales team.
In this role you ll turn data into insights streamline processes and help drive business growth.
What You ll Do
- Be the Data Champion: manage and update sales and order data.
- Deliver Insights That Matter: create and deliver key sales reports and dashboards & analyze sales trends and customer behavior.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Support the analysis of sales trends order fulfillment and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Enhance Customer Experience: Collaborate on cross-functional projects to optimize customer service processes systems and tools across all regions.
- Be a Knowledge Resource: Maintain clear documentation and training materials to ensure best practices in reporting and analysis.

Requirements :
What Were Looking For
- Bachelor s degree and 3 years experience in sales operations or business analysis
- Advanced Excel skills: experience with ERP systems Salesforce or Power BI is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with a passion for process improvement
