Current Department of Developmental Disabilities OCSEA employees shall receive first consideration pursuant to Article 17 of the collective bargaining agreement.
Hourly wage will be paid at step 1 unless otherwise specified bycollective bargaining agreement or rules outlined in the ORC/OAC.
No additional materials will be accepted after the closing date; in addition you must clearly demonstrate how you meet minimum qualifications.
The Division of Fiscal Administration is responsible for capital and operating budgets Medicaid rate development and rate setting and several other financial functions vital to DODD operations.
What will you do
- Coordinate oversee and process procurement of all necessary supplies materials equipment and/or services for operation of DODD Developmental Centers (DCs) and divisions within Central Office.
- Primary contact for sourcing activities related to capital projects facilities division managed construction & maintenance project and Developmental Center maintenance related needs.
- Gather and review specifications for purchases and solicitations.
- Prepares reviews computations and coding and processes requisitions and purchase orders.
- Assembles and prepares required narratives and documents for capital and operating fund Controlling Board requests.
- Coordinate and draft personal services contracts agreements and contract amendments for services agency wide.
- Assures accuracy correctness and compliance with all established procedures (e.g. MBE pre-approvals contracts).
- Develops and provides training for Developmental Center staff on procurement and fiscal policies and procedures.
