Job Description
WarehouseManager
Looking for a WarehouseManager who will successfully lead the warehouse operations and team. Ideally we are looking for an outstanding Leader with a minimum of 2years Managerial Experience in a fast paced warehouse or distribution environment and has successfully built high performing teams.

Responsibilities:
- Lead manage and coordinate all activities of all warehouse team members.
- Maintain optimal level of customer service and mentor other team members in customer service.
- Maximize profitability and setting/ meeting sales targets including motivating team members to do so as well.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed for maximum safety and efficiency.
- Lead and mentor warehouse team members providing direction and support in daily operations.
- Assist in training new employees and ensuring team adherence to company policies and safety standards.
- Oversee receiving unloading and storage of products in warehouse bays.
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage based on packing slips/BOL.
- Utilize tagging gun to organize products in warehouse efficiently.
- Coordinate and verify order picking staging and truck loading to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts inventory management software (will train) pallet jacks and wrap/unwrap pallets.
- Communicate efficiently with supervisors fellow team members and delivery crews to streamline warehouse operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse while ensuring security and compliance with company procedures.
- Monthly auditing on the warehouse utilizing warehouse inventory program.
- Associate Degree - Preferred
- MUST have 2years experience as a Manager
- Ability to be on your feet all day and work in extreme temperatures
- Ability to lift and moveitems daily ranging from 10lb-50lband stand/walk for long periods
- Requires a high level of physical activity
- BilingualSpanish is a plus.
- Must have a current/valid Drivers License.
- Regular consistent attendance for scheduled shifts.
- Valid and current forklift certification.
- Experience operating manual and power pallet jacks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively.
- Must have excellent work ethic and can-do mindset.
