Job Description
GeorgiaPre-K Lead Teacher:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Lead Teacher for our Georgia Pre-K program. Candidates must meet Bright from the Start requirements and have qualifications reflected in their GAPDS Profile.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE); T-4 Certification strongly preferred
- GAPDS Level 8 or higher
- At least one year of experience as a Lead Teacher in a Georgia Pre-K setting
- Proficiency in utilizing the Work Sampling Online (WSO) assessment tool
- Strong ability to create and implement engaging developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Excellent communication skills with both parents and assistant teachers
Job Type: Full-time Contract Salary Range: $38000 $55000 per year (based on educational credentials and experience)
Required Education:
- Bachelors Degree in ECE or related field
Required Certification:
- T-4 Certification (preferred)
