Job Description

Job Description Summary

The Customer Service Representative position will report direct to the Customer Experience Leader and will be responsible for providing Post Sales customer service for Clearwater Operations. Scope will include post sales case creation RMA creation customer follow up and execution of assigned post sales activities. In addition this position will also provide support for giving customers and/or Sales Team open order status including progress of orders through the manufacturing process and confirmation of factory ship commitment dates.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers concerning Post Sales Issues
  • Oversee the RMA (Return Material Authorization) process for Clearwater Operations.
  • Coordinate all functional activities required for providing accurate open order status.
  • Monitoring customer early shipment requests and communicate factory capabilities.
  • Handle all cross functional communication required for Post Sales execution and open order status.
  • Assist in other activities as assigned such as updating specific customer open order reports and ACT complaint execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent (or 5 years experience in a manufacturing customer service role)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite of Products in a working environment

Desired Characteristics:

  • Preferred experience working SAP or Oracle Bravo or other similar ERP systems and workflow forms
  • Self-directed with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal customer skills with the ability to communicate with customer and cross functional personnel
