Job Description
Job Title: Materials Project Manager
Location: On-site (Huntington Beach CA)
Job Type: Full-Time
Role Summary
The Materials Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing complex cross-functional materials programs from strategy through implementation. This role closely with R&D Regulatory Clinical Product Management Marketing and Supply Chain teams to align program objectives with broader business goals. Success in this role requires deep program and risk management expertise strong stakeholder engagement and experience inthe dental or medical device industries.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with 6 years of relevant experience masters degree with 4 yearsor 10 years of related industry experience.
- Must be able to work onsite in Huntington Beach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Project PowerPoint); advanced Excel skillspreferred (pivot tables macros VBA). - Demonstrated program and budget management experience.
Excellent written verbal and presentation communication skills.
Self-motivated and adaptable with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g. Jira Scrum SAFe).
- Lean or Six Sigma certification.
- Experience in materials or supply chain management within the dental healthcare or medical device industries.
- Proven success leading or supporting prime proposal efforts.
- International experience or Mandarin language skills a plus.
