- Bachelors degreeand six(6) years of exposure in Project Managementin theRegulatedIndustry.
- Project Management skills.
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Experience with:
- Capital Project Delivery
- Developing and implementing control systems for projects planning and cost management.
- Reporting/finance/accounting desired.
- Project delivery budgeting cost forecasting and scheduling.
- Preparing project control documents and the budget for working unit operations.

AS A PIECE OF FITS YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Support Project Managers in the specific project assigned by the Project Manager to track scope schedule cost and resources against approved funds.
- Assist the sponsor of the project in the preparation of the Amgen project ILM funding documents.
- Establish the general ledger account structure (WBS Element) by project.
- Review contract requirements in the areas of request for proposals (RFP) in partnership with Global Strategic Sourcing and process change orders as required through the system (Efinity).
- Assess project progress through the preparation of the monthly Total Cost Management (TCM) report by project through eBuilder software; this must be reviewed with the Project Manager for approval.
- Prepare monthly projects accruals.
- Perform a Monte Carlo risk assessment using project risk register to determine project contingency.
- Perform a quarterly capital project latest estimate (LE) and the annual budget plan for capital and expense expenditures.
- Establish and manage cash flow projections.
- Audit capital project invoices prior to payment.
