Job Description
Understand the Technology Restoration Project (TRP) scope and collaborate with PMO program managers and vendors.
Develop and document current and future technical architecture including applications interfaces and data flow.
Define and enforce architectural standards for mainframe web and mobile solutions to ensure compliance with departmental infrastructure and security.
Act as the technical liaison between business users and vendors; validate technical solutions against departmental requirements.
Lead the design and improvement of business processes aligned with enterprise architecture.
Provide regular compliance reports and maintain architectural documentation with version control.
Participate in requirements gathering and contribute independently within a cross-functional team.
Required Skills
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent work experience; Level II Background Check required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in architecting complex IT systems technical design and leading technical teams on large-scale projects involving infrastructure and software development.
Proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and building integrations across diverse platforms.
Strong communication leadership and analytical skills; experience with modeling and visual representations.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with legacy system modernization cloud migrations (Azure/AWS) application containerization and API-based integrations
