Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories airports to planned communities and theme parks to hunting preserves.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for closing direct sales of products and/or services in order to meet individual/team metrics and the organizations business objectives.
Creates monitors and revises lead generation plans to generate a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
Strategically partner with all levels of management and departments to identify prioritize and execute improvements in the Consumer and non-golf Commercial segments including state & local government federal government higher education and private sector.
Design and implement competitive programs and gather market intelligence to support new dealer recruitment and retention.
Innovate and implement long term strategies with organizational operating plans to ensure customer and financial obligations are met.
Develop existing channel partners by implementing support tools and training to drive organic growth within the consumer business
Perform territory and market competitive analysis to support channel development and recruitment.
Collaborate and influence the Engineering and Product team by providing actionable insights on new product or service features that meet customer needs
Foster talent development by supporting career path planning management of performance objectives engagement training and onboarding of new hires.
Education: Bachelors degree in business administration or related discipline required MBA preferred
Years of Experience: 10 years of experience in business development channel partner relationships or other similar roles required
Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office applications and SalesForce
