About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive System and Network Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team. This full-time onsite position at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin Lahore involves maintaining and optimizing the companys systems and networks ensuring high availability security and performance.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Install configure and maintain servers network hardware and system software
-
Monitor system performance and network traffic to identify and resolve issues

Manage Active Directory DNS DHCP and Group Policies
-
Configure and manage firewalls routers switches and wireless access points
-
Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies
-
Perform regular system updates patch management and vulnerability mitigation
-
Support virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
-
Troubleshoot hardware software and network connectivity issues
-
Document network configurations system changes and standard operating procedures
-
Assist in planning and implementing infrastructure upgrades and improvements
Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
-
24 years of experience in system and network administration
-
Hands-on experience with Windows Server Linux and virtualization platforms
-
Strong knowledge of network protocols LAN/WAN architecture and IP addressing
-
Experience with network devices: Cisco Ubiquiti Fortinet or MikroTik
-
Familiarity with system monitoring tools (e.g. Zabbix Nagios SolarWinds)
-
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Azure Active Directory and cloud-based infrastructure
-
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and firewall configurations
-
Scripting skills (PowerShell Bash Python) are a plus
-
Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills
