About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Technical Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This full-time onsite position at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin Lahore involves working closely with hiring managers to source screen and hire top-tier technology talent across various domains including software development DevOps data and infrastructure.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with department leads to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements

  • Create and post detailed and attractive job descriptions on various platforms

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn GitHub Stack Overflow job boards and talent databases

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/interview assessments for technical roles

  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with relevant departments

  • Maintain candidate databases and provide regular hiring status updates

  • Support employer branding and tech community outreach initiatives

  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

  • Keep up with industry trends and emerging technology stacks

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field

  • 2 years of experience in technical recruitment preferably in IT or software industry

  • Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems (e.g. Workable Greenhouse or Zoho Recruit)

  • Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies such as:

    • Frontend & Backend Development (JavaScript Python Java .NET etc.)

    • DevOps Cloud Platforms (AWS Azure GCP)

    • Databases (SQL MongoDB PostgreSQL)

    • QA (Manual & Automation) UI/UX Cybersecurity and IT Support

  • Ability to assess candidate technical skills and cultural fit

  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
